What a pleasure to be a guest in this charming hotel. Perfect location near the tram with lots of places to eat. Our host made us so welcome. Breakfast was superb, the garden enchanting. The effort and care put into the property and your stay is apparent. Parking available- do let them know in advance if you require a space. With all the giant hotels flooding Nice, this is a restored gem. So much of the original details have been preserved and beautifully complemented with the necessary modern touches throughout the property. Bathrooms are spotless. They don't make these elegant homes anymore, so here's a great opportunity to experience the charm that helped make Nice famous. A quaint, charming and elegant hotel at an affordable price,

We had an excellent stay at The Deck during our 1-week trip to Nice. The rooms were very clean and had the basics of what we needed (e.g., mini fridge). The air conditioning was amazing and really kept up with the intense heat outside. The staff were friendly and helped us out with extra needs during our stay. The hotel offered secure luggage storage and a washroom with a shower, which was perfect when we wanted to visit the beach after checkout time. In addition to offering free beach towels, which were refreshed daily, we noticed there were free beach umbrellas to borrow as well. Very walkable to the beach (5 minutes away) and tons of restaurants right outside. Despite its busy location, the interior was very quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!

Le Negresco is one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. We had a Seaview room which was spectacular. The hotel itself is like a museum with art on every floor and a truly grand lobby. The hotel restaurants and the included breakfast were delicious. The beach area had great food, great service, and very comfortable beach chairs. And the location was great. It gave us a dream vacation and we felt we hardly had to leave the property.
